Metro Green, LLC, provides general contracting services for architect designed projects. Patty is a LEED accredited professional with a decade of experience working with architects to build and renovate homes and will be onsite daily during every critical phase of construction to ensure that the architect’s design and your goals for sustainability are met. Where architects are less familiar with current approaches to energy efficiency and sustainability, Metro Green, LLC, will help to integrate and troubleshoot affordable construction solutions to meet a client’s green goals without compromising the architect’s design.
As your project nears completion, we will walk the site with you and your architect to review all project details, from exterior landscaping to energy systems and finishes, ensuring that every element of your project is completed to your satisfaction and all systems are working smoothly. At the end of your project, Metro Green will provide you with a working handbook, outlining all workmanship, system and material warranties, as well as suggestions for long term maintenance of your systems and finishes. It is our goal to build both sustainable homes and sustained relationships with our clients.
